Reports: Zoom Attendance Reports
Dear faculty members,
In Fall 2020 term, we shared with you the attendance data of your Zoom meetings in an Excel file. From Spring 2021 term, you can follow this data on the online Power BI platform. You can access the platform by logging in with your KU NetID and password on reports.ku.edu.tr.
By using the filters, you can see the participants and the duration of your online courses with summary and details.
General information about the report:
- There are 3 types of report pages. Attendance summary for enrolled students, attendance details for enrolled students and attendance details for not enrolled students.
- Students enrolled in the course have their names, e-mails and emplid information. Unenrolled participants have their names and e-mails.
- In the calculation of time, if the participant joined from different devices at the same time, total time was calculated.
- You can also export your data as an Excel file.
